Who are we?
We’re a passionate group of people driven every day to deliver on our promise of making shopping easier for the consumer.
Why are we doing what we’re doing?
We realized that nothing had really changed for the consumer in the last 20 years since e-commerce made its debut in the late 1990s. While selection, logistics, speed of delivery, and customer service all improved dramatically – consumer’s access to information hadn’t changed that much. We knew retail giants were gathering large amounts of information about their customers, their products, and their competitors, but the consumer still didn’t have the same access to information. In the new digital shopping world, it was taking consumers more time than ever before because of the huge amount of information out there.
So we asked ourselves – why can’t technology be used to give the power of information to the consumer too?
We wanted to put technology to good use for the benefit of consumer by using the power of artificial intelligence and data mining to do the work. We set out to make shopping easier for the consumer and Shopbrain was born.
Where we are doing it?
Our Shopbrain team is spread across time zones. We are based in Europe, North America, and Asia.
What drives us every day?
Passion to help people gets us out of bed in the morning. Our goal is to make sure shoppers have all the relevant and unbiased information they need to make the right shopping decisions. We want to keep more money in people’s pockets and save them time shopping online because they have more important things to do.
